Kathleen Parsons is a Product Director with a track record of building and launching products across the healthcare, financial services, and real estate technology sectors. Her approach is grounded in the belief that effective technology is built through thoughtful strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and disciplined execution, a perspective she formalized through a Master’s degree in Human-Centered Design & Engineering from the University of Washington, Seattle.
With a decade of experience in product development, Kathleen specializes in navigating complex industries to deliver thoughtful, scalable solutions. She partners closely with engineering and design teams to translate product visions into clear, actionable strategies with a strong focus on execution. She is known for her ability to simplify complex challenges and align stakeholders around shared goals, ensuring product roadmaps remain focused on impact and growth.
Originally from California, Kathleen now lives in Montana with her husband and son. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and exploring Montana’s outdoors with her family, and remains driven by a deep curiosity about how thoughtful design and technology can solve everyday problems.
