Dustin Hassett is a Product Director at Dualboot Partners with more than a decade of experience in product management, digital strategy, and customer experience. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations turn business goals into digital products, combining user-centered design, technology, and data to create solutions that deliver measurable results.
Before joining Dualboot, Dustin held product leadership roles at Steak n Shake and Bottle Rocket, where he led digital strategy and product development across mobile, web, loyalty, and analytics platforms. His work included building a new digital commerce ecosystem that reduced annual recurring costs by $2 million, as well as leading initiatives that increased digital sales and customer engagement. Earlier in his career, he worked on connected building technologies at Trane and mobile products for Anytime Fitness, gaining experience across consumer and enterprise applications.
At Dualboot Partners, Dustin brings his experience in product strategy and digital innovation to help clients identify opportunities, define product direction, and turn complex business challenges into practical technology solutions. His approach combines strategic thinking with hands-on product leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on delivering outcomes that matter to both businesses and their users.
Outside of work, Dustin enjoys cycling, snowboarding, and cheering for the Minnesota Vikings, even when the season doesn’t go his way.
