Artem Petrov is a technology leader with more than a decade of experience spanning software engineering, technical leadership, project management, and business operations. His career combines a strong technical foundation with hands-on experience building and scaling technology organizations, giving him a broad perspective on both the engineering and business sides of software development.
Throughout his career, Artem has helped build and scale technical organizations across multiple countries, establishing development, design, and testing teams, and creating the structures and processes needed to support their growth. His experience also includes knowledge management, employee development, staff augmentation, and managing distributed software development teams.
At Dualboot Partners, Artem leads technical teams and focuses on applying AI to improve how software is built. He is the author of Aixle Flow, an AI-powered development environment that helps teams move from ideas to working software through AI-assisted planning, coding, testing, and iteration. Artem also played a key role in building the Aixle website using Aixle Flow, helping demonstrate the tool’s capabilities through a real-world digital experience.
Artem is passionate about continuous improvement and finding better ways for technology teams to work, with a particular interest in how AI can make software development more efficient and effective. Outside of work, he enjoys surfing and playing volleyball.
